What qualifications do I need to join the programme?

You should have personal experience with recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating. This lived experience is crucial for providing empathetic and effective support. If you are a nutrition coach, this programme will enhance your existing skills to better support clients with emotional and binge eating issues.

What does the programme include?

The 12-month programme includes:

  • 6 months of fortnightly group training sessions.
  • Monthly supervision calls.
  • 1:1 message support with Chloe, our head coach and founder.
  • Practicum hours with clients from our network for hands-on experience.
How much time do I need to commit?

Group training sessions are held fortnightly and typically take place in the evenings or on Saturday mornings. In addition, there are monthly supervision calls and ongoing 1:1 message support. Practicum hours will vary, but we will help you manage your time effectively.

What kind of support will I receive?

You will receive comprehensive support throughout the programme, including:

  • Direct access to Chloe for 1:1 message support.
  • Monthly supervision calls for guidance and feedback.
  • Practicum hours to practise and refine your coaching skills.
How big will the training group be?

We are only taking on a maximum of four trainees for this cohort, ensuring a small and intimate group. This allows for personalised attention and a supportive learning environment.

How much will it cost me?

This is offered at an introductory rate of £2,222.

You have the option to spread the payments over 10 months, paying £229 per month.

Chloe is the founder and CEO of Finally Free Academy. As the Senior Coach and Therapist she focuses on serving clients who have a history of or current experience of diagnosed eating disorders, those who require nutritional support and more complex cases.
