How Does It Work?

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Chloe.
My passion for helping people feel great about themselves and being healthy whilst ditching the diet comes from my own health and food journey.
For over a decade, I was at war with food and my body. I suffered with trauma, eating disorders depression and anxiety which all left me feeling overwhelmed by life in my tired body.
When I was diagnosed with two autoimmune conditions, I knew that diets and exercise were not the answer, so I set out to learn how to help my body by training in nutrition and mindset.
I then trained as a Nutritionist and Food Freedom coach so I can help others on their own journey so that they can feel happier and healthier too.
When I am not coaching, I love cuddling up on the sofa and watching a film with my partner, going for a walk, doing yoga and singing in a local choir.
FAQs
I have had help before? Is this the right program for me?
I specialise in working with people who have experienced chronic disordered eating and most of my clients have had all sorts of help from inpatient treatment to decades of counselling & medication. I am confident that I can help anyone find food freedom if they want it! But if you aren’t willing to put in the effort or try something new, then this is not the programme for you. I can show you how to heal and give you the tools but ultimately you need to put them to use.
What is the investment for the programme?
The investment for the is £57 for access to the four week course and all the bonus features for the course’s lifetime including any live rounds.
Do I get access to Chloe?
To make this course as accessible and affordable as I can, 1:1 access is or sessions are not included. However you can request a 1:1 session with Chloe for a discounted price if you are on the programme.
Disordered eating isn't the only things I struggle with - is this right for me?
This is so common. Really disordered eating isn’t about the food it is just a coping mechanism, so whether you have suffered trauma, depression, anxiety or even chronic health conditions, by healing the root causes so much can change for you! Please note that this is not a replacement for medical supervision or care.
Do I have to finish the course in four weeks?
Whilst the course content is designed to be completed in four weeks, you have access to the course for its lifetime and so you can really take as long as you need. This also means you can come back and revisit any content as and when you need it and watch all the exclusive masterclasses to give you more insight and tools beyond the main course content.
